EDI / XML / AS2 Outsourcing
If your trading partner(s) require electronic documents through EDI, XML, AS2 or any other file format (that differs from your own), you can either:

Change your business processes, purchase translation software, devote time and money in implementation, customization, auditing and training and pay transmission fees.

Or, you can stick with what you have and hire a service bureau to translate and deliver incoming and outgoing files in the formats required by you and your trading partner(s).

- Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system tracks and monitors each transaction from the second we receive it until it is delivered and acknowledged by its final destination.

- We have bona fide partnerships with IDEA, Inovis, Inter Trade and Activant – relationships that will acknowledge our partnerships and recommend us.
- And, our fees are reasonable (pay-per-use, no monthly minimums for the most part, flexible fees and volume discounts).
Our business model is based on recurring revenue from transaction processing. Our one-time development fees cover the following activities:
- Creation of an interface that accepts data from your processing system.
- Establishment of a delivery mechanism between your offices and ours.
- Data verification, auditing, reformatting and forwarding to your trading partner.
- Receipt of EDI transactions (or any other format) from your trading partners.
- Reformatting of EDI transactions (or any other format) into your data format for delivery and automatic processing by your processing system.
- Administration and management of all relationships including mapping, testing and day to day transactions.
- Delivery of transactions via secure FTP and AS2 protocols as well as traditional VAN services – whatever suits you and your trading partners.
Once we have completed the above development activities, we charge you a small fee per processed transaction. Should you wish to add additional trading partners we charge you a small fee for each set-up.
